Dana Cox

Dana brings over a decade of cannabis industry experience, deep market insight, and a passion for connecting patients with quality medicine to her role as Director of Sales. Her journey began in 2014 when she founded a successful seed bank in Colorado, specializing in premium genetics and building lasting relationships across the cultivation space. In 2019, she transitioned to Oklahoma, where she served as office manager for a cultivation facility, gaining hands-on experience in operational management and compliance.

In 2023, Dana returned to her home state of Mississippi, stepping into the role of sales representative for Southern Sky, where she quickly proved her ability to grow brand presence in a newly regulated market. She then went on to develop and lead the sales department for a micro cultivator, laying the groundwork for scalable growth in a competitive landscape.

Driven by her vision for empowering cannabis businesses with expert sales and marketing support, Dana launched Elevated Sales Solutions in 2024. What began as a solo venture has quickly grown into a thriving agency with a team of sales representatives serving cultivators and processors across Mississippi.

Today, Dana and her company serve as the Director of Sales for Max Harvest, guiding the brand’s market strategy and growth efforts since before its official launch. Her leadership continues to shape Max Harvest’s presence across the state, rooted in trusted relationships, regulatory understanding, and a commitment to excellence.
